Dear Student,
Thank you for your interest in a scholarship for the 2012-2013 academic year.
To be considered for a scholarship from Delegate Malone, you must:
- Be a resident of Legislative District 12A.
- NEW REQUIREMENT- File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1, 2012. www.fafsa.ed.gov
- Be enrolled/accepted as a full-time or part-time student at a Maryland College or University. (Unless qualified as a unique major)
- Provide most recent, official, sealed transcript.
- Provide a copy of your letter of acceptance. (Students entering a new school only).
- Provide a copy of SAT scores. (High School Seniors only).
- Submit completed application by Friday, April 13, 2012.
FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE PROPER DOCUMENTS MAY RESULT IN DELAY AND POSSIBLE DISQUALIFICATION.
Delegate Scholarships are non-renewable. You must reapply each year.
Completed applications must be returned via first class mail (to the address below) or placed in the mail slot located at the Arbutus District Office by April 13, 2012.
